Accutane.

Accutane (isotretinoin) is a prescription medicine specially intended for male and female patients with severe nodular acne that they did not manage to get under control using other drugs. A negative pregnancy test is required for the patient to start the treatment (for females). You will need to make sure you are not pregnant a month before starting the treatment (and start using two effective methods of birth control), during the treatment and one months after it. Tell your doctor if you get any serious side effects that can means your treatment is not going quite as planned. The following ones are possible in some rare cases: difficulty swallowing, seizures, dizziness, nausea, weakness or numbness, worsening heartburn, yellowing of the skin or eyes, chest pain, blurred vision, stomach pain, dark colored urine, vomiting, headache, diarrhea, and rectal bleeding. Make sure your doctor knows that you have a history of suicide attempt, asthma, anorexia nervosa, osteoporosis, depression, high triglyceride levels, diabetes, heart or liver disease, or mental illness, as any of those conditions may affect your dose and dosing schedule.
